What You Can Expect in Relationship Counselling
Every relationship is different, and so are the challenges couples face. That’s why I take a flexible, relational approach to counselling, drawing on person-centred, systemic, and psychodynamic thinking to help us explore what’s happening between you. Whether you’re struggling with communication, feeling disconnected, or facing a particular issue, we’ll work together to understand your relationship in the context of both your shared story and your individual experiences.
A Safe, Supportive Space for You Both
It can feel daunting to start relationship counselling, especially if things have been difficult for a while. My role is to create a calm, respectful space where both of you feel heard and understood. There’s no judgment or blame. You’ll each have the chance to speak, listen, and reflect, with my support to help keep the conversation safe and constructive.
