Supporting you to build healthier relationships with others and yourself

Individual Counselling

A Tailored Approach to Therapy

Every relationship and every person is unique, which is why I take an integrative approach to counselling. This means I draw from different therapeutic approaches to create support that is tailored to you and your individual experiences.

Whether you are navigating relationship difficulties, communication problems, conflict, anxiety within relationships, separation, divorce, or challenges with self-esteem and boundaries, our sessions will be shaped around your needs and goals.

Together, we can explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be affecting your relationships with partners, family, friends, and yourself.

A Safe and Supportive Space

Starting counselling can feel daunting, especially if you are unsure what to expect.

I offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and honestly without fear of criticism or pressure. My aim is to help you feel welcomed, heard, and understood.

Relationship Counselling That Moves at Your Pace

Sessions are led by you and what feels important to bring.

Some sessions may focus on current relationship challenges, communication difficulties, or emotional overwhelm, while others may explore past experiences, attachment patterns, or the ways you have learned to relate to yourself and others over time.

My role is not to tell you what to do, but to support you in understanding yourself, your emotions, and your relationships more deeply.

Working Together

Counselling is a collaborative process. Together, we can reflect on what may be keeping you stuck, explore healthier ways of relating, and work towards greater clarity, confidence, connection, and emotional wellbeing.

The First Session

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin exploring what has brought you to counselling.

We may discuss your current relationship difficulties or concerns, patterns you may be noticing, what you hope to gain from therapy, any questions or worries you may have about counselling. It is also a chance to see whether we feel like the right fit to work together.
